Once a customer submits a service request, ShubhSetu may connect the customer with a suitable vendor based on the service requirement, location, vendor availability, and applicable matching criteria.

The actual service is delivered by the selected vendor at the agreed date, time, and location.

Since no physical products are shipped, no shipping charges apply.
