- Vendor Registration & Verification Fee
ShubhSetu may charge a Vendor Registration & Verification Fee for processing vendor applications, verifying submitted information or documents, and maintaining vendor records on the platform.
The applicable fee, including any promotional or launch offer, will be displayed on the Vendor Registration page at the time of registration or payment.
- Payment Does Not Guarantee Leads or Bookings
Payment of the Vendor Registration & Verification Fee does not guarantee:

- Any minimum number of customer leads

- Any booking or confirmed business

- Any minimum revenue or income
-
- Continuous availability of customer enquiries
Customer enquiries depend on various factors including customer demand, service category, location, vendor service coverage, vendor availability, verification status, and ShubhSetu’s matching process.
- Vendor Verification
After registration and payment, ShubhSetu may verify the information and documents submitted by the vendor.
ShubhSetu may approve the application, request additional information or documents, or reject the application based on its verification process.
- Vendor Approval
A vendor becomes eligible to receive customer enquiries only after successful verification and approval by ShubhSetu.
Vendor approval does not guarantee that the vendor will receive customer enquiries, leads, bookings, or business.
- Lead Matching
Customer enquiries may be matched with eligible vendors based on factors including:

- Customer location
-
- Vendor service coverage

- Vendor availability
-
- Verification and approval status

- ShubhSetu’s matching and rotation process
ShubhSetu may modify or improve its matching process from time to time.
- Customer and Vendor Transactions
ShubhSetu facilitates connections between customers and vendors.
The final decision regarding service selection, pricing, negotiation, service delivery, and any payment between the customer and vendor is the responsibility of the respective customer and vendor.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, ShubhSetu does not guarantee completion of any transaction between a customer and vendor.

Refunds
The Vendor Registration & Verification Fee is charged towards processing, reviewing and verifying the vendor registration application.
Once the vendor registration application and applicable fee have been submitted and the review or verification process has commenced, the Vendor Registration & Verification Fee will be non-refundable, irrespective of whether the vendor application is subsequently approved or rejected.
Applications containing incorrect, incomplete, misleading, false or unverifiable information may be rejected without refund of the registration and verification fee.
A refund may be considered in case of a duplicate payment, technical error resulting in excess payment, or where ShubhSetu is unable to process the application due to an issue attributable to ShubhSetu.
Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with ShubhSetu’s applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable payment gateway terms.
- Incorrect or Misleading Information
ShubhSetu reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove a vendor profile if false, misleading, fraudulent, or materially incomplete information or documents are provided.
- Fee Changes and Promotional Offers
ShubhSetu may revise registration, verification, promotional, or other vendor fees from time to time.
The applicable fee will be the amount displayed on the website at the time of registration or payment.
- Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the Vendor Registration form and/or making the applicable payment, the vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Vendor Registration & Payment Terms. Personal information submitted during vendor registration is handled in accordance with ShubhSetu’s Privacy Policy.
